Why is the add-on not appearing in Gmail™?
Make sure you have installed the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace™ and granted the required permissions. Try refreshing Gmail™ or reopening the browser.
The add-on shows "Account Not Registered". What should I do?
Your Google account email is not yet linked to an EmailCheck.ai subscription. Sign up at getbiggerbrains.com/pricing or contact your administrator.
Why does the scan fail or show an error?
This usually means the backend server is temporarily unreachable. Wait a moment and click "Try again". If the issue persists, contact support.
How is my email data handled?
Email content is sent securely to our servers for analysis only. We do not store or share your email content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I switch between Analysis and Teaching mode?
Yes — open the add-on on any email, tap the settings icon, and choose your preferred mode. The setting is saved to your account.
What does the daily Teaching limit mean?
Teaching mode allows up to 20 AI-evaluated submissions per day. The counter resets at midnight UTC.
