Install EmailCheck.ai

Add EmailCheck.ai to the inbox you already use — no separate portal.

  1. 1Outlook: open More apps and choose EmailCheck.ai.
  2. 2Gmail™: install the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace™.
  3. 3No add-in? Just forward the message to support@emailcheck.ai.

Scan an email

Get a clear verdict in seconds, with the evidence behind it.

  1. 1Open the message you want checked.
  2. 2Click the EmailCheck.ai icon in the side panel or ribbon.
  3. 3Read the verdict, then tap any signal to see why it was flagged.

Switch to Teaching Mode

Turn the same scan into a short SLURP lesson: Sender, Links, Urgency, Request, Pretense.

  1. 1Open the add-in on any email and tap the settings icon.
  2. 2Choose Teaching Mode — it's saved to your account for next time.
  3. 3Scan as usual; EmailCheck.ai walks you through each SLURP check.

Handle a risky sender

If EmailCheck.ai flags an email red, treat it as untrusted until proven otherwise.

  1. 1Don't click links or open attachments in the message.
  2. 2Forward it to support@emailcheck.ai so we can take a closer look.
  3. 3Block or report the sender from your usual inbox controls.
